These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and 8ki ("8ki," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 8ki.bio (the "Platform"). 8ki operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"), the government body responsible for regulating gambling activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 8ki Platform — including playing any game, depositing funds, or claiming a promotion — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language for all purposes. Any translation provided is for convenience only and shall not be relied upon to interpret or construe these Terms.

8ki reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of the Balance pending investigation.
Each Player may hold one (1) Account on the 8ki Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts (whether in your own name or using third-party details) constitutes Prohibited Conduct and may result in immediate permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.
When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 8ki may decline registration or close an Account where it has reason to believe that any registration information is false, misleading, or incomplete.
As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 8ki is required to conduct KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted Philippine government-issued identity documents include:
You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials. 8ki will never ask for your password or OTP. Notify 8ki support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
All financial transactions on the 8ki Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). 8ki accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be introduced at 8ki's discretion.
Deposits. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash deposits are typically reflected instantly. 8ki does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 8ki bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
8ki targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for GCash withdrawals for fully verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within the same banking business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
8ki reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to your Account Balance where it has reasonable grounds to believe the funds are subject to a bonus abuse investigation, a chargebacks dispute, or a suspected breach of these Terms.
8ki may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload credits, and other promotional incentives to new and existing Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which supplement these Terms. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:
8ki retains the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not unfairly prejudice Players who have already accepted an offer in good faith.
All Games available on the 8ki Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) have been independently audited by internationally accredited testing laboratories. The rules of each individual Game are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and, once implemented, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months for temporary exclusion or indefinitely for permanent exclusion. 8ki will not reinstate a self-excluded Account before the expiry of the minimum period, regardless of Player request.
All content on the 8ki Platform — including but not limited to the 8ki brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, software, game assets provided by third-party studios under licence, text, graphics, images, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to 8ki and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the 8ki Platform without 8ki's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8ki's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Game shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total deposits made by the Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) ₱10,000.
8ki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress, arising out of:
Nothing in these Terms excludes 8ki's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.
8ki reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where:
You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 8ki support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance will be returned to your last verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds at the time of closure are forfeited.
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the 8ki service — including game results, withdrawal processing, bonus treatment, or Account decisions — you should first contact 8ki's 24/7 support team via live chat within the Platform. Most disputes are resolved at this stage within 48 hours.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through first-line support, you may escalate the matter to 8ki's Compliance team by submitting a formal written complaint via email to [email protected]. 8ki will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and aims to issue a final decision within 28 calendar days.
Where a Player remains dissatisfied following 8ki's final decision, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. PAGCOR's decision on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction shall be final and binding on both parties.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to 8ki's right to seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
8ki reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, fee structures, or eligibility conditions — 8ki will provide at least 14 calendar days' notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players via email or in-Platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect; any Balance held will be returned to your verified withdrawal method in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
